Last sunday the employees from the Academy for Health and the Avans School of International Studies left for Surabaya.
The visitors have already achieved results, says Peter van Bragt of the International Office of Avans. They visited the Universitas Airlangga in Surabaya and the Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta. Both universities have agreed on cooperation in the field of student and staff exchange. There is even interest to start a joint master.
Both academies have already signed Memorandums of Understanding to formalize the collaborations.
The Avans employees stay in Indonesia until tomorrow. They write a blog about the journey in Dutch. [MK]
